桂枝茯苓丸治疗女性黑眼圈临床观察

Clinical Observation on Guizhi Fuling Pill in the Treatment of Female Dark Circles

目的 探讨桂枝茯苓丸治疗女性黑眼圈的的临床效果。方法 选取2020年2月—2021年4月女性黑眼圈患者94例,采用随机数字法将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组47例。治疗组采用桂枝茯苓丸治疗,对照组采用常规氢醌乳膏外用治疗,连续治疗4周。治疗前后采用Colorimeter CL400皮肤颜色测试探头进行测试,评定治疗效果。结果 研究期间,对照组有3例患者因为药物不良反应而脱落。治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率95.74%(45/47)显著高于对照组61.36%(27/44),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。和治疗前相比,治疗组患者眼周的皮肤颜色测试的各项指标有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且明显优于对照组治疗后。结论 与常规氢醌乳膏外用治疗比较,桂枝茯苓丸的治疗效果更佳,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Guizhi Fuling pill in the treatment of female dark circles. Methods A total of 94 cases of female patients with dark circles were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 47 cases in each group. The treatment group used Guizhi Fuling pill orally for treatment. The control group was treated with external application of hydroquinone ointment. The course of treatment was four weeks for both groups. The curative effect and skin color parameters of two groups were evaluated at the end of treatment. Results Three patients of control group were departed during the research because of adverse reactions. After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.74%(45/47), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(61.36%, 27/44), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Compared with before treatment, the skin color test indexes around the eyes of patients in the treatment group were significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01), which was significantly better than that of the control group after treatment. Conclusion Compared to conventional hydroquinone ointment therapy, Guizhi Fuling pill is more effective and is worthy of clinical application.
