天麻钩藤饮联合清震汤治疗偏头痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Tianma Gouteng Drink Combined with Qingzhen Decoction in the Treatment of Migraine

目的 分析天麻钩藤饮联合清震汤在偏头痛治疗中的效果。方法 将沈阳医学院附属第二医院收治的86例偏头痛患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组实施盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组展开天麻钩藤饮合清震汤治疗,对比治疗效果。结果 总有效率方面,观察组是95.35%(41/43),对照组是79.07%(34/43),观察组比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。偏头痛发作次数和症状积分方面,2组治疗前对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组更少,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应总发生率方面,观察组(0%)与对照组(4.65%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论天麻钩藤饮合清震汤在偏头痛治疗中应用价值较高,能够减少偏头痛发作次数,减轻临床症状。

Objective To analyze the effect of Tianma Gouteng drink combined with Qingzhen decoction in the treatment of migraine.Methods 86 migraine patients received in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shenyang Medical College were randomly divided into two groups, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules, and the observation group was treated with Tianma Gouteng drink and Qingzhen decoction. The therapeutic effect was compared. Results The total effective rate was 95.35%(41/43) in the observation group and 79.07%(34/43) in the control group, which was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the number of migraine attacks and symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the observation group was less than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(0%) and the control group(4.65%)(P>0.05). Conclusion Tianma Gouteng decoction and Qingzhen decoction have a high application value in the treatment of migraine, which can reduce the number of migraine attacks and relieve clinical symptoms.
