少腹逐瘀汤治疗慢性子宫内膜炎气虚血瘀证临床观察

Clinical Observation on Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Syndrome of Blood Stasis Due to Deficient Qi of Chronic Endometritis

目的 探究少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗慢性子宫内膜炎气虚血瘀证的效果。方法 选取2020年1月-2020年12月沈阳市妇婴医院生殖中心收治并确诊为慢性子宫内膜炎的患者96例,随机分为2组,各48例。对照组采用常规治疗,试验组联合少腹逐瘀汤化裁治疗。比较2组患者中医症状评分、血清炎性因子、血清抗氧化物水平及不良反应发生情况。结果 与对照组相比,试验组治疗后中医症状评分较低,血清TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-2水平较低,试验组MDA、AOPP水平较低,SOD水平较高,且试验组不良反应总发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论 少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗慢性子宫内膜炎气虚血瘀证的效果显著,有效减轻不良反应,改善炎症反应且不良作用较小,安全高效。

Objective To explore the effect of Shaofu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of syndrome of blood stasis due to deficient qi of chronic endometritis. Methods 96 patients with chronic endometritis in Shenyang Maternal and Child Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups, with 48 cases in each. The control group received routine treatment, and the study group received more with Shaofu Zhuyu decoction. The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score, serum inflammatory factors, serum levels of oxidation antioxidants and adverse reactions were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the TCM symptom score of the study group were lower, and levels of TNF-α were lower, levels of hs-CRP and IL-2 were lower, levels of MDA and AOPP were lower, levels of SOD were higher in the study group, and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower(P<0.05). Conclusion Shaofu Zhuyu decoction is effective in the treatment of syndrome of blood stasis due to deficient qi of chronic endometritis, can effectively reduce the adverse signs, improve the inflammatory reaction, and has less side effects.
