点穴推拿联合柔筋调脊针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症康复期临床观察

Effect of Point Massage Combined with Softening Tendon and Adjusting Spine Acupuncture in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation in Rehabilitation Period

目的 研究点穴推拿联合柔筋调脊针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)康复期的效果。方法 选取2018年5月—2020年5月厦门大学附属中山医院LDH康复期患者98例,按照随机数字表法分为常规组、治疗组,各49例。常规组采用常规干预,治疗组在常规组基础上采用点穴推拿联合柔筋调脊针法。比较2组疗效、疼痛程度[视觉模拟量表(VAS评分)]、腰椎功能[Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI评分)]。结果 治疗组总有效率93.88%(46/49)高于常规组的77.55%(38/49)(P<0.05);治疗2周后治疗组VAS、ODI评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 点穴推拿联合柔筋调脊针法治疗LDH康复期效果显著,能减轻疼痛程度,改善腰椎功能。

Objective To study the effect of point massage combined with soft tendons and adjusting spine acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH) in the rehabilitation period. Methods From May 2018 to May 2020, 98 LDH patients in Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University were selected and divided into conventional group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated with conventional intervention, and the treatment group was treated with acupoint massage combined with softening tendon and adjusting spine acupuncture on the basis of the conventional group. Efficacy, pain severity [VAS score] and lumbar function [Oswestry Disability Index(ODI score)] were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.88%(46/49), which was higher than that of the conventional group(77.55%, 38/49)(P<0.05). After 2 weeks of treatment, VAS and ODI scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion Point massage combined with softening tendons and adjusting spine acupuncture has a significant effect on LDH rehabilitation period, which can relieve pain and improve lumbar function.
