参松养心胶囊联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗室性早搏临床观察

Clinical Observation on Shensong Yangxin Capsule Combined with Metoprolol in the Treatment of Ventricular Premature Beat

目的 观察参松养心胶囊联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗室性早搏的临床效果。方法 将宜春市中医院心内科诊治的65例室性早搏患者随机分为对照组33例和治疗组32例。对照组予以酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗,治疗组予以参松养心胶囊联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗,2周后评价临床疗效。结果 对照组的总有效率为66.67%(22/33),治疗组的总有效率为90.63%(29/32),2组效果比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 参松养心胶囊联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗室性早搏的效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of ventricular premature beat(VPB). Methods Sixty-five patients with VPB treated in Yichun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group(33 cases) and treatment group(32 cases). The control group was treated with metoprolol, and the treatment group was treated with Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with metoprolol. The clinical efficacy was evaluated after 2weeks. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%(22/33), and that of the treatment group was 90.63%(29/32).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with metoprolol treatment is remarkable and is worthy of clinical promotion.
