参麦汤联合三维适形放疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤临床观察

Clinical Observation on Shenmai Decoction Combined with Three-dimensional Formal Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Malignancies

目的 分析加味参麦汤联合三维适形放疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的效果。方法 选择2018年6月-2020年10月江西省赣州市大余县人民医院收治的晚期恶性肿瘤患者50例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组25例。对照组实施三维适形放疗治疗,观察组于放疗开始时口服加味参麦汤治疗,2组均连续治疗5~7周。对比2组近期疗效、肿瘤标志物[糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原199(CA199)、癌胚抗原(CEA)]及毒副反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,观察组临床总有效率为92.00%(23/25)高于对照组的60.00%(15/25),CA125(37.38±9.12)U/m L、CA199(34.23±8.27)U/m L、CEA(13.51±6.45)μg/L,低于对照组的(45.61±8.34)U/m L、(54.22±9.28)U/m L、(25.61±6.34)μg/L,观察组毒副反应发生率12.00%(3/25)低于对照组的40.00(10/25),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 加味参麦汤联合三维适形放疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤效果较佳,可抑制肿瘤发展,减轻毒副反应。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of the Shenmai decoction and three-dimensional adaptive radiotherapy in patients with advanced malignant tumors. Methods 50 patients with advanced malignant tumors from June 2018 to October 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by randomized digital table, with 25 cases in each group. The control group underwent three-dimensional adaptive radiotherapy, and the observation group was treated orally at the beginning of radiotherapy. Both groups were treated for 5 to 7weeks continuously. The recent curative effects, tumor markers[carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125), carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)] and toxic reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%(23/25), which was higher than that of the control group(60.00%, 15/25), CA125(37.38± 9.12)U/mL, CA199(34.23± 8.27)U/mL, CEA(13.51± 6.45)μ g/L, lower than that of the control group(45.61± 8.34) U/m L,(54.22± 9.28) U/m L,(25.61± 6.34) mu g/L, the incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was 12.00%(3/25) which was less than 40.00(10/25) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Shenmai decoction and three-dimensional adaptive radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced malignant tumor has significant effect, can inhibit tumor development and reduce the toxic reaction.
