中医治疗小儿热恋伤阴型病毒性肠炎之临床经验总结

Clinical Experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Infantile Virus Enteritis of Relian Shangyin Type

小儿热恋伤阴型病毒性肠炎为病毒感染引起的肠炎,其病因为热气下迫,湿气升腾,湿热交替,蕴结脾胃脾胃,运化失调,湿热郁结下迫大肠而致泄泻不止。病机为邪毒内结,湿热内蕴,津亏气损,属于“泄泻”范畴。故其治法为清热燥湿、升清降浊、涩肠止泻。文章就升清降浊的升清运脾汤、参苓白术散治疗小儿热恋伤阴型病毒性肠炎进行如下综述。

Infantile virus enteritis of Relian Shangyin type is caused by virus infection of enteritis. The cause of the disease is heat invading large intestine, moisture qi rising, alternating heat and dampness, accumulated in spleen and stomach, transportation and transformation disharmony, dampness-heat is invading the large intestine, which leads to diarrhea. Pathogenesis is pathogenic toxin accumulated, accumulated dampness-heat, deficiency of fluid and qi loss, which belongs to the category of “catharsis”. Therefore, the law enforcement is to clear heat and dry dampness, rise clear and reduce turbidity, astringent intestinal diarrhea. In this study, Shengqing Yunpi decoction and Shenling Baizhu powder were reviewed in the treatment of virus enteritis of Relian Shangyin type.
