中医辨证护理对急性脑梗死并发症的影响

The Influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation Nursing on the Incidence of Complications of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的 探讨中医辨证护理干预对急性脑梗死患者的护理效果及并发症发生率的影响。方法 选择2018年10月-2020年10月中国医科大学附属盛京医院收治的急性脑梗死患者92例作为研究资料,随机抽签分为观察组和对照组,各46例,对照组展开常规护理干预,观察组采取中医辨证施护干预,评价2组神经功能、运动功能及疗效,观察并发症总发生率。结果实施护理后,观察组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Fugl-Meyer评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率95.65%(44/46)显著高于对照组的80.43%(37/46)(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率6.52%(3/46)显著低于对照组21.74%(10/46),P<0.05。结论 针对急性脑梗死患者实施中医辨证施护干预利于神经功能及运动功能改善,提高治疗效果及生活质量,而且预防并发症,减少疾病风险,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) nursing intervention on the nursing effect and complication rate of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 92 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted from October 2018to October 2020 were selected as the research data, and they were randomly divided into groups, with 46 cases in each group. The control group carried out routine nursing intervention, and the observation group took TCM syndrome differentiation nursing intervention.The neurological function, motor function and therapeutic effect of the two groups were evaluated, and the total incidence of complications was observed. Results After nursing, the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the Fugl-Meyer score was significantly higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. The effective rate of 95.65%(44/46) in the observation group was significantly higher than 80.43%(37/46) in the control group(P<0.05). The complication rate of 6.52%(3/46) in the observation group was significantly lower than 21.74%(10/46) in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of TCM nursing intervention for patients with acute cerebral infarction is beneficial to the improvement of neurological and motor function, improving the treatment effect, preventing complications, reducing the risk of disease, and improving the quality of life. It is worthy of promotion.
