摘要
目的 在医教协同理念下运用层次分析法构建用于评价基层医疗卫生人才培养质量的指标体系,旨在为基层医疗卫生人才培养及考核评价提供可测可量客观化工具。方法 文献调研分析医疗卫生人才培养质量评价体系现状,采用德尔菲法,专家咨询获取基层医疗卫生人才培养质量评价关键影响因素及层级关系,层次分析法计算指标权重。结果 基于AHP方法构建基层医疗卫生人才培养质量评价体系可为高职高专基层医疗卫生人才培养提供客观化评价,也可为国内其他承担基层医疗人才培养的高职院校提供参考。结论 此指标体系具有一定科学性,对促进基层医疗卫生人才培养质量提高具有重要的意义。存在的不足在后期予以调整及完善。
Objective To construct an index system for evaluating the training quality of primary medical and health personnel by AHP under the concept of medical and educational cooperation, and to provide measurable and objective tools for training and evaluating primary medical and health personnel. Methods Literature investigation and analysis of the current situation of medical and health personnel training quality evaluation system was carried out. Delphi method was used to make expert consultation to obtain primary medical and health personnel training quality evaluation key factors and hierarchical relationship, AHP calculation index weight. Results The construction of quality evaluation system of primary medical and health personnel training based on AHP method can provide objective evaluation for the training of primary medical and health personnel in higher vocational colleges, and can also provide reference for other higher vocational colleges that undertake the training of primary medical personnel in China. Conclusion The index system is scientific and of great significance to promote the quality of primary medical and health personnel training. There are shortcomings in the later period to adjust and improve.
