摘要
自2019年12月发现新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)以来,该病以其高传染性、高致病率,成为威胁全球的突发公共卫生事件。根据其致病特征及临床表现,可将其归属于中医学“疫疠”“瘟疫”等范畴,此文总结既往中医对“疫疠”“瘟疫”等传染性疾病的认知,分析现代医家对COVID-19诊疗经验,以期探讨中医药在防治COVID-19等传染性疾病中的积极作用,谨陈拙见,以供参考。
In December 2019,the corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)was discovered in China,which has become a public health emergency threatening with high infectivity and high morbidity.According to its pathogenic characteristics and clinical manifestations,it can be classified into the category of“plague”in traditional Chinese medicine(TMC).This paper summarizes the previous cognition of“plague”and other infectious diseases in TMC,and analyzes the diagnosis and treatment experience of COVID-19 in modern doctors,in order to explore the positive role of TMC in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases.
