保元汤合桂枝甘草汤治疗气阴两虚型慢性心力衰竭临床观察

Clinical Observation on Baoyuan Decoction Combined with Guizhi Gancao Decoction on Chronic Heart Failure of Deficiency of Qi and Yin

目的探究保元汤合桂枝甘草汤对气阴两虚型慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响及疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2020年7月本溪市中医院心内科收治的142例气阴两虚型慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为2组,各71例。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组联合保元汤合桂枝甘草汤治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、心功能及血清炎性因子水平。结果对照组临床总有效率为78.87%(56/71),治疗组临床总有效率为97.18%(69/71),治疗组总有效率较高,LVEF水平较高,LVEDD、LVESD水平较低,血清TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6水平较低(P<0.05)。结论保元汤合桂枝甘草汤治疗气阴两虚型慢性心力衰竭效果显著,可有效改善患者心功能,降低血清炎性因子水平。

Objective To explore the effect of Baoyuan decoction and Guizhi Gancao decoction on cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure of deficiency of both qi and yin type.Methods 142 patients with chronic heart failure of deficiency of both qi and yin admitted to Benxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,with 71 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the experiment group received more with Baoyuan decoction and Guizhi Gancao decoction.The clinical effect,cardiac function and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the control group was 78.87%(56/71),and the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 97.18%(69/71).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher,the LVEF level was higher,the LVEDD and LVESD levels were lower,and the serum TNF-α,hs-CRP and IL-6 levels were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Baoyuan decoction combined with Guizhi Gancao decoction has a significant effect on patients with chronic heart failure of deficiency of both qi and yin,which can effectively improve the heart function and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors.
