守宫贴治疗阳虚寒凝型原发性痛经临床观察

Clinical Observation on Shougong Plaster on Primary Dysmenorrhea of Yang Deficiency and Coagulated Cold Type

目的观察守宫贴治疗阳虚寒凝型原发性痛经的临床效果。方法将60例阳虚寒凝型原发性痛经患者随机分2组各30例,治疗组给予穴位敷贴治疗,对照组口服布洛芬缓释胶囊,比较2组治疗前后中医证候总积分和VAS疼痛积分,评估临床疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率为86.7%(26/30),高于对照组的63.3%(19/30);重复测量方差分析结果显示治疗前和治疗1个疗程后,2组的中医证候总积分和VAS疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2个疗程后及随访期,2组的积分均存在时间主效应、组别主效应和交互效应,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示2种疗效评分在不同时间点的变化情况随分组的情况不同而不同,且随着时间的推移呈下降趋势。结论守宫贴不仅能有效缓解痛经的不适症状,并可长期维持疗效,在临床治疗中优势明显,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the Shougong plaster on primary dysmenorrhea of yang deficiency and coagulated cold type.Methods 60 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of yang deficiency and coagulated cold type were randomly divided into the two groups,with 30 cases in each.The treatment group received acupoint application,and the control group were treated with ibuprofen sustained release capsules.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and VAS before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical effect in the two groups was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%(26/30),which was higher than that of the control group(63.3%,19/30).Repeated measures analysis of variance showed that there was no significant difference in the total score of TCM syndrome and VAS pain score between the two groups before treatment and after one course of treatment(P>0.05).After 2 courses of treatment and follow-up period,the scores of the two groups had time main effect,group main effect and interaction effect,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the changes of the two efficacy scores at different time points were different with different groups,and showed a downward trend with the passage of time.Conclusion Shougong plaster not only can significantly relieve the symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea of yang deficiency and coagulated cold type,but also keep with a longer time benefits,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
