自拟腰痛方联合金黄跌打散外敷治疗脊柱压缩性骨折的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Self-made Yaotong Recipe Combined with External Application of Jinhuang Dieda Powder in the Treatment of Spinal Compression Fracture

目的观察自拟腰痛方联合金黄跌打散外敷治疗脊柱压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法以2017年10月—2019年10月收治的88例脊柱压缩性骨折患者作为观察对象,根据随机原则将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组采用西医诊疗方法,严格的卧床休息,口服艾瑞昔布片止痛,促进骨折愈合的药物治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上再加用医院的自拟腰痛方联合金黄跌打散外敷治疗。结果2组的治疗效果对比:对照组治疗总有效率为77.27%(34/44),观察组治疗总有效率为95.45%(42/44),后者疗效明显优于前者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察治疗前后的视觉模拟(VAS)评分,观察组要优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟腰痛方联合金黄跌打散外敷治疗脊柱压缩性骨折,能有效缓解患者疼痛,临床价值确切,疗效值得肯定。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-made Yaotong recipe combined with external application of Jinhuang Dieda powder in the treatment of spinal compression fractures.Methods 88 patients with spinal compression fractures admitted from October 2017 to October 2019 were taken as observation objects.According to the principle of randomization,the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group adopted western medicine diagnosis and treatment methods,strict bed rest,oral administration of Eresibu tablets to relieve pain and promote fracture healing.The observation group was treated with the hospital’s self-made Yaotong recipe combined with external application of Jinhuang Dieda powder on the basis of the control group.Results Comparison of treatment effect between the two groups:the total effective rate of the control group was 77.27%(34/44),and the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%(42/44).The effect of the latter was significantly better than that of the former,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores before and after treatment were observed,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Yaotong recipe combined with external application of Jinhuang Dieda powder in the treatment of spinal compression fractures can effectively relieve the pain of patients.The clinical value is definite and the curative effect is worthy of affirmation.
