Discussion on the Strengthening the Body and Fighting Cancer in the Treatment of Lung Cancer Based on the Methods of Systems Biology

中医治疗肺癌由来已久,随着近年来对肺癌认识的不断加深,中医治则治法的不断丰富,治疗肺癌的目标已从“攻毒消瘤”转变为“人瘤共存”,而其中“扶正抗癌”的学术思想逐渐被医家认可并广泛应用于临床,然而中医治法的概念笼统,且作用机制并不完全清晰。而系统生物学的系统论、整体性的宏观视角与中医的思维角度有着相似性,其强大的技术平台包括:基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学等可助力中医辨治肺癌在理论、方法、技术上的全面发展。

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a long history in the treatment of lung cancer.With the understanding of lung cancer more clearly and the treatment principles and methods of TCM more abundantly,the goal of treating lung cancer has changed from“attacking the poison and eliminating tumors”to“human tumors coexist”.Among them,the academic view of“strengthening the body and fighting cancer”is gradually recognized by doctors and is widely used in clinical practice.However,the concept of TCM treatment is general,and the mechanism of action is not completely clear.The system theory and holistic macro perspective of systems biology are similar to the thinking modes of TCM.Its powerful technology platforms include genomics,transcriptomics,proteomics,metabolomics,etc.,which can be helpful for the development of TCM in theory,method and technology in the treatment of lung cancer.
