中医特色护理对消化不良性腹泻患儿疗效及免疫功能的影响

Characteristic Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the Curative Effect and Its Influence on Immune Function of Children with Dyspeptic Diarrhea

目的探讨中医特色护理对消化不良性腹泻(DD)患儿疗效及免疫功能的影响。方法将112例DD患儿随机分为对照组(56例)和观察组(56例),2组给予常规治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上实施中医特色护理干预,比较2组疗效及免疫功能变化。结果护理干预后,观察组临床症状改善时间和中医症状积分均短/低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的IgA、IgG、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论DD患儿在常规治疗基础上实施中医特色护理干预,能有效改善临床症状,提高疗效,调节免疫功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of characteristics nursing of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on the curative effect and immune function of dyspeptic diarrhea(DD)in children.Methods 112 children with DD were randomly divided into control group of 56 cases and observation group of 56 cases.Both groups were given routine treatment and nursing care,the observation group was given nursing intervention with TCM characteristics on the basis of the control group.The curative effect and immune function of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the improvement time of clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome score of the observation group were shorter/lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the IgA,IgG,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM characteristic nursing intervention in DD children on the basis of conventional treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,improve the curative effect and regulate the immune function.
