早期糖尿病肾病的防治进展

The Progress on Prevention and Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

糖尿病是我国常见的慢性疾病,随着高血糖对机体的持续损害,会逐渐造成心血管系统、神经系统、微血管系统等的损伤。微血管系统的损伤包括肾小球及视网膜等的损伤,随着糖尿病患病率的增加,糖尿病肾病患病率逐渐上升,20%~40%糖尿病患者同时患有糖尿病肾病,现已成为慢性肾病的主要原因。早期糖尿病肾病临床症状不明显,不易被发现,早期糖尿病肾病主要在于及早防治,因此,此文对早期糖尿病肾病有关中西医的预防与治疗的研究进展作一综述。

Diabetes is a common chronic disease in China.With the continuous damage of hyperglycemia to the body,it will gradually cause damage to the cardiovascular system,nervous system,microvascular system and so on.In recent years,with the increase of the prevalence of diabetes,the prevalence of diabetic nephropathy has gradually increased.20%~40%diabetic patients also suffer from diabetic nephropathy,which has become the main cause of chronic kidney disease.Early diabetic nephropathy clinical symptoms are not obvious,be found not easy,early diabetic nephropathy mainly lies in early prevention and treatment,therefore,this article to early diabetic nephropathy related to the prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine to make a review of the research progress.
