An Analysis of Surgical Treatment Ideas Based on Spleen-stomach Theory

“脾胃学说”是中医理论体系中的重要部分。此文从脾胃出发探讨了脾胃功能与外科疾病之间的关系,指出了“脾胃学说”在外科非手术治疗中的作用,及在外科围手术期中运用“脾胃学说”的治疗思路,并指出在外科治疗时重视脾胃是关键,主张健脾护胃、调理气机、扶正祛邪,合理应用“脾胃学说”在外科治疗中具有重要意义。

Spleen-stomach theory is an important part of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine.This article discusses the relationship between the function of spleen and stomach and surgical diseases,points out the role of“spleen-stomach theory”in non-surgical treatment,and the treatment idea of applying“spleen-stomach theory”in perioperative period of surgery.It is also pointed out that it is the key to pay attention to the spleen and stomach in the surgical treatment,and it is of great significance to strengthen the spleen and protect the stomach,regulate the qi machine,strengthen the body and dispel the pathogenic factors,and rationally apply the“spleen-stomach theory”in the surgical treatment.
