摘要
中医内科学疾病病机历来为课程教学的重点和难点,作者经多年教学实践发现,采用逆向思维、意象思维、病名释义、经典原文等导入法,以病机作为疾病讲解的核心,再围绕病机,依次对定义、诊断、辨证论治等进行展开,即采用以病机讲解为轴心的圆周式教学方法,可以增强教学的趣味性,帮助学生更好地构建中医内科学基本理论知识框架。
The pathogenesis of diseases in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine has always been the key and difficult point in the teaching of this course.After years of teaching practice,the author found that the introduction of reverse thinking,image thinking,interpretation of disease name,classic text,etc.,with pathogenesis as the core of disease explanation,and then around the pathogenesis,the definition,diagnosis,syndrome differentiation and treatment were carried out in turn,That is to say,the circular teaching method with pathogenesis explanation as the core can enhance the interest of teaching and help students better construct the basic theoretical knowledge framework of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.
