CBL结合翻转课堂教学模式在岭南内科杂病诊治课程中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探索案例教学法(CBL)结合翻转课堂教学模式为主的多元化教学模式在岭南内科杂病诊治课程中应用。方法选取广州中医药大学第二临床学院中医五年制岭南班学生,根据岭南内科杂病诊治课程中所涉及8个岭南中医学术流派的教学内容,将岑氏、邓氏、甄氏、补土4个流派教学内容采用CBL结合翻转课堂为主、中医临床实践技能为辅的教学模式应用于观察组,梁氏脾胃、岭南林夏泉、扶阳与经方、肾病4个流派教学内容采用传统PPT教学模式应用于对照组,同时比较2组考核成绩及调查课后学生对此教学模式反馈信息。结果观察组卷面考试成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并对多元化教学方法满意度较高。结论岭南内科杂病诊治课程教学中采用CBL结合翻转课堂教学模式,全方位提升课堂教学效果,有助于开拓中医临床思维,培养学生自主思辨能力,通过流派跟师抄方,弘扬地方医学特色,有助于提升中医本科教育阶段的人文素养,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application of a diversified teaching model based on Case-based Learning(CBL)combined with flipped classroom teaching in the diagnosis and treatment course of miscellaneous diseases in Lingnan internal medicine.Methods Five-year Lingnan students from the Second Clinical College of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were selected.According to the teaching contents of eight Lingnan academic schools involved in the diagnosis and treatment of miscellaneous diseases in Lingnan internal medicine course,the teaching contents of Cen’s,Deng’s,Zhen’s,Butu and other four schools were applied to the observation group by CBL combined with flipped classroom,supplemented by clinical practice skills of traditional Chinese medicine.The teaching contents of Liang’s spleen and stomach,Lingnan Linxiaquan,Fuyang and classical prescriptions,and nephropathy were applied to the control group by traditional PPT teaching mode.At the same time,the two groups and the feedback information of the students after the investigation were compared.Results The test scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of diversified teaching methods was higher.Conclusion CBL combined with flipped classroom teaching mode was adopted in the teaching of“Diagnosis and treatment of miscellaneous diseases in Lingnan internal medicine”course to improve the teaching effect of traditional Chinese medicine in an all-round way,which was helpful to develop the clinical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine and cultivate the students’independent thinking ability.The theory is combined with clinical practice through following clinical teachers and copy prescription to continuously promote the local medical characteristics,which is helpful to improve the humanistic quality of undergraduate education of traditional Chinese medicine and is worthy of popularization and application.
