小儿少阳体质探析

Analysis of Shaoyang Constitution of Children

“少阳学说”是对“纯阳学说”和“稚阴稚阳学说”的高度概括,体现了小儿体质“质”与“量”的辩证统一关系。“少阳为枢”是少阳学说的理论核心。小儿生长发育的整个过程都伴随着以阳气为主导的阴阳枢转平衡,并呈现出动态的螺旋上升特点。此文结合临床实践对小儿少阳体质特点进行探讨,望对儿科疾病诊疗有一定的指导意义。

The“theory of shaoyang”constitution of children is a high generalization of theories of“pure yang”and“junior yin and junior yang”,which reflects the dialectical unity of“quality”and“quantity”of pediatric constitution.“Shaoyang holding the pivot”is the core of shaoyang theory.The whole process of children’s growth and development is accompanied by the yin-yang pivot balance dominated by yang,and presents a dynamic spiral upward characteristic.This paper discusses the characteristics of shaoyang constitution of children in combination with clinical practice,which is expected to have certain guiding significance to diagnosis and treatment of pediatric diseases.
