半夏白术天麻汤联合八卦头针治疗阿尔茨海默病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction Combined with Bagua Scalp Acupuncture in the Treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease

目的探讨半夏白术天麻汤联合八卦头针治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床效果。方法选取2018年12月—2020年2月辽阳市辽化医院收治的78例阿尔茨海默病患者为受试对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各39例。对照组给予半夏白术天麻汤治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,加以八卦头针干预,治疗3个月。比较2组患者临床疗效、QOL、ADL评分、细胞因子水平的变化。结果治疗结束后,观察组的总有效率为84.62%(33/39),明显高于对照组的71.79%(28/39)(P<0.05);QOL评分、ADL评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组TNF-α、IL-6、β-淀粉样蛋白含量下降水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半夏白术天麻汤联合八卦头针治疗阿尔茨海默病临床效果良好,可有效改善患者的生活质量、日常生活能力,降低炎性细胞因子水平。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Bagua scalp acupuncture in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.Methods A total of 78 patients with Alzheimer’s disease admitted to Liaoyang Liaohua Hospital from December 2018 to February 2020 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 39 cases in each.The control group was given Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction.The observation group was treated with Bagua scalp acupuncture on the basis of the control group for 3 months.The changes in clinical effect,QOL,ADL score and cytokine levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 84.62%(33/39),which was significantly higher than 71.79%(28/39)of the control group(P<0.05),the quality of life(QOL)score and the self-care ability assessment table(ADL)score were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The decreased levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and amyloid β protein in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Bagua scalp acupuncture has a good clinical effect in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease,which can effectively improve the patient’s quality of life,ability of daily living and reduce the levels of inflammatory cytokine.
