化瘀止痛法治疗原发性三叉神经痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Removing Blood Stasis and Relieving Pain Method in Treating Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia

目的探析化瘀止痛法治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床效果。方法将92例原发性三叉神经痛患者随机分为研究组与对照组各46例,对照组给予营养神经、止痛等西医基础治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用化瘀止痛法,2组患者均治疗2周。对比2组患者治疗后临床疗效、视觉模拟评分(VAS)及原发性三叉神经痛症状积分。结果在临床疗效方面,研究组总有效率为93.48%(43/46),对照组总有效率为65.22%(30/46),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01);2组患者VAS评分方面比较,研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.01);2组患者原发性三叉神经痛症状积分量表比较,研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论化瘀通络汤能显著改善原发性三叉神经痛患者的临床症状,缓解患者的疼痛,提高临床治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量,临床经验值得进一步推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of removing blood stasis and relieving pain method in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods A total of 92 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 46 patients in each group.The control group was given basic western medicine treatment such as nutrition nerve and analgesia,and the study group was given removing blood stasis and relieving pain method on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical effect,visual analog scale(VAS)and symptom score of primary trigeminal neuralgia were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of clinical effect,the total effective rate of the study group was 93.48%(43/46)and that of the control group was 65.22%(30/46).The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).VAS was significantly better in the study group than in the control group(P<0.01).Comparison of primary trigeminal neuralgia symptom score scale between the two groups showed that the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Huayu Tongluo decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia,relieve the pain of patients,improve the effect of clinical treatment and improve the quality of life of patients.The clinical experience is worthy of further promotion.
