三香散加味敷脐配合推拿治疗小儿腹痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Sanxiang Powder Umbilical Application Combined with Massage in the Treatment of Infantile Abdominal Pain

目的分析三香散加味敷脐配合推拿治疗小儿腹痛的临床治疗价值。方法选取枣庄市薛城区人民医院治疗的腹痛患儿(2018年1月—2019年4月)124例作为观察对象,选用随机分配法对患儿进行分组,共分为2组,组别名称为观察组(62例)及对照组(62例),观察组给予三香散加味敷脐配合推拿治疗,对照组患儿实施推拿治疗,对比2组治疗效果。结果观察组疼痛缓解时间与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组更优。2组患儿治疗前证候积分、VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组证候积分、VAS评分与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗总有效率与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用三香散加味敷脐配合推拿治疗小儿腹痛,能够有效减轻患儿的腹部疼痛,治疗效果显著,值得在治疗小儿腹痛中应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of Sanxiang powder umbilical application combined with massage in the treatment of infantile abdominal pain.Methods A total of 124 children with abdominal pain(from January 2018 to April 2019)who were treated in Xuecheng District People’s Hospital were selected as the observation objects.The children were divided into two groups by random allocation method.The group names were observation group(62 cases)and control group(62 cases).The observation group was treated with Sanxiang powder umbilical application combined with massage.The control group was treated with massage.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the pain relief time of the observation group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group was better.There were no statistically significant differences in syndrome score and VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in syndrome score and VAS score between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of abdominal pain in children by applying Sanxiang powder umbilical application combined with massage can effectively reduce abdominal pain,the therapeutic effect is significant,and is worthy of application in the treatment of infantile abdominal pain.
