中西医结合专业研究生人职匹配度调查

A Survey of Job Matching Degree of Postgraduates in Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Based on Customer Relationship Management

目的通过调查了解中西医结合专业研究生人职匹配度情况,为中西医结合专业研究生教育提供建设性意见。方法通过发放问卷的形式调查了解用人单位对入职一年内研究生各方面工作能力满意度情况,寻找当前研究生培育过程中存在的问题,以便使研究生培养更好地满足用人单位需求。结果总体上,毕业一年内的研究生中医素养相对薄弱、临床能力相对不足,三甲医院除了注重职工的临床工作能力外,对职工的科研能力也有一定的要求。此外,各用人单位在招收员工时更倾向于招收临床以及学习能力强的研究生。结论研究生的教育要在传统的注重科学思维与科研能力培养基础上,增加学生临床实践课程所占比重,提升研究生临床实践能力。

Objective The development of medical and health undertakings has put forward higher requirements for the training objectives of postgraduates majoring in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.In order to train graduate students majoring in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to better meet the needs of employers,we surveyed employers’satisfaction with the work abilities of graduate students in all aspects within one year by issuing questionnaires,and looked for problems in the current graduate training process.,In order to enable graduate students to better meet the needs of employers.The results found that on the whole,the traditional Chinese medicine literacy of graduate students within one year of graduation is relatively weak,and the clinical ability is relatively inadequate.In addition to paying attention to the clinical work ability of the staff,the top three hospitals also have certain requirements for the scientific research ability of the staff.In addition,when recruiting employees,employers are more inclined to recruit graduate students with strong clinical and learning abilities.Conclusion Graduate students should increase the proportion of students’clinical practice courses based on the traditional emphasis on scientific thinking and scientific research ability training,and enhance the clinical practice ability of graduate students.
