摘要
目的探讨中医系护理实习生教学管理的相关问题与课程建设研究。方法将80例中医系护理实习生按双盲随机法分为2组。对照组给予常规教学管理,实验组实施改进后的教学管理方法。比较2组护理实习生对教学方法的满意度、学生在实习中对理论知识的掌握度、临床技能的考核评分。结果实验组护理实习生对教学方法的满意度高于对照组,护理实习生对理论知识的掌握度、临床技能的考核评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论这种新的立体教学管理方式可提高整体的教学管理水平。改进后的教学方法,提高中医系护理实习生的技能掌握水平,有利于更好地胜任日后的工作,护理实习生对带教方法的满意度提升。
To explore the related issues and curriculum construction of nursing intern teaching management in the Department of traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods 80 nursing interns in department of traditional Chinese medicine department were divided into two groups by double-blind random method.The control group was given routine teaching management,and the experimental group was given improved teaching management.Nursing interns’satisfaction with teaching methods,the students’mastery of theoretical knowledge in practice and the assessment scores of clinical skills was compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction of nursing interns in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the mastery of theoretical knowledge and the assessment score of clinical skills of nursing interns were higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion This new three-dimensional teaching management method improves the overall teaching management level.The improved teaching method improves the skill mastery of nursing interns in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which is conducive to better competence in future work.Nursing interns are more satisfied with the teaching method.
