6~18个月全面性发育迟缓婴幼儿的脑皮层发育状况研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的应用结构磁共振成像研究全面性发育迟缓(GDD)婴幼儿脑皮层结构发育的异常情况。方法选取2019年12月—2022年3月在山西省儿童医院接受磁共振三维T1加权(3D-T1WI)MRI检查的婴幼儿27例作为患儿组;选取本院2020年9月—2021年8月在本院接受3D-T1WI MRI检查的正常发育婴幼儿66名作为对照组。两组均行全脑3D-T1WI MRI检查并进行图像后处理,研究全面性发育迟缓患儿组与对照组的全脑各脑区皮层厚度存在的差异,再进一步将差异脑区皮层厚度与相对应的儿童神经心理发育量表评分进行相关性分析。结果患儿组左侧大脑半球25个脑区皮层厚度均高于对照组(P<0.05);患儿组右侧大脑半球有24个脑区皮层厚度均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组双侧岛叶、双侧内侧眶额及双侧前扣带回皮层厚度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。左侧额下回眶部皮层厚度与语言能区评分呈负相关(P<0.05),左侧舌状回皮层厚度与大运动能区评分呈正相关((P<0.05))。结论与正常发育婴幼儿相比,全面性发育迟缓婴幼儿在双侧大脑的多个脑区表现出皮层厚度偏高。其中,左侧额下回眶部皮层厚度与语言能区评分呈负相关,左侧舌状回皮层厚度与大运动能区评分呈正相关。
