肺癌组织环指蛋白181、转移相关基因1、血管内皮生长因子C表达及与患者临床病理特征和预后相关性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究肺癌组织环指蛋白181(RNF181)、转移相关基因1(MTA1)及血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)表达意义。方法:选择收治的100例肺癌患者,获取肺癌组织和正常肺组织,通过免疫组化法检测RNF181、MTA1及VEGF-C表达情况并进行比较。分析上述三项蛋白表达和患者病理特征的关系。此外,将所有受试者按照生存状况的差异分为死亡组及存活组,比较两组RNF181、MTA1及VEGF-C表达情况。结果:肺癌组织RNF181阳性率为24.00%,低于癌旁正常组织的75.00%,而MTA1、VEGF-C阳性率分别为73.00%、69.00%,高于癌旁正常组织的25.00%、33.00%(均P<0.05)。低分化、Ⅲ-Ⅳ期与淋巴结转移患者的RNF181表达均低于中高分化、Ⅰ-Ⅱ期与无淋巴结转移;而MTA1及VEGF-C表达均高于中高分化、Ⅰ-Ⅱ期与无淋巴结转移(均P<0.05)。死亡组RNF181表达低于存活组,而MTA1及VEGF-C表达高于存活组(均P<0.05)。结论:肺癌组织RNF181异常低表达,而MTA1及VEGF-C异常高表达,三项蛋白表达和分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移以及预后均密切相关。 Objective:To investigate the expression significance of ring finger protein 181(RNF181),metastasis associated gene 1(MTA1)and vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C)in lung cancer.Methods:A total of 100 lung cancer patients were selected.Lung cancer tissues and normal lung tissues were obtained,and the expression levels of RNF181,MTA1 and VEGF-C were detected by immunohistochemical method and compared.The relationship between the expression of the three proteins and the pathological characteristics of patients was analyzed.In addition,all subjects were divided into the death group and the survival group according to the difference in survival status,and the expressions of RNF181,MTA1 and VEGF-C in the two groups were compared.Results:The positive rate of RNF181 in lung cancer tissues was 24.00%,lower than that in normal adjacent tissues(75.00%),while the positive rate of MTA1 and VEGF-C were 73.00%and 69.00%respectively,higher than those(25.00%and 33.00%)in normal adjacent tissues(all P<0.05).The expression level of RNF181 in patients with low differentiation,stageⅢtoⅣand lymph node metastasis was lower than that in patients with medium and high differentiation,stageⅠtoⅡand no lymph node metastasis,while the expression levels of MTA1 and VEGF-C were higher than those in patients with medium and high differentiation,stageⅠtoⅡand no lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05).The expression level of RNF181 in the death group was lower than that in the survival group,while the expression levels of MTA1 and VEGF-C were higher than those in the survival group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression level of RNF181 is abnormally low in lung cancer,while the expression levels of MTA1 and VEGF-C is abnormally high.The expression levels of the three proteins are closely related to the degree of differentiation,TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and prognosis.
