多层螺旋CT检查诊断急性阑尾炎患者的效果及准确率评价

Evaluation of the effect and accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of patients with acute appendicitis

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT检查(multi-slice spiral CT,MSCT)诊断急性阑尾炎患者的效果及准确率评价。方法:选取太仓市港区医院2021年6月-2022年6月收治的96例疑似急性阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,所有患者均于术前接受MSCT检查,以手术病理结果为金标准,分析CT诊断结果。结果:96例疑似急性阑尾炎患者经手术病理确诊83例。CT诊断灵敏度为96.39%,特异度为61.54%,准确率为91.67%,Kappa=0.619,与手术病理结果一致性较强。CT检查各类型阑尾炎准确率为96.39%,与手术病理结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MSCT检查诊断急性阑尾炎的准确率、灵敏度较高,可为临床救治急性阑尾炎提供客观依据,利于疾病预后。

Objective To investigate the effect and accuracy evaluation of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)in the diagnosis of patients with acute appendicitis.Methods 96 patients with suspected acute appendicitis admitted to Taicang Port Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,all patients underwent MSCT examination before operation,and the surgical pathological examination results were used as the gold standard to analyze the CT diagnosis results.Results 83 of 96 patients with suspected acute appendicitis were confirmed by pathological examination.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CT examination were 96.39%,61.54%and 91.67%,respectively,Kappa=0.619,highly consistent with surgical and pathological results.The accuracy rate of CT examination was 96.39%,and there was no significant difference between CT and pathological results(P>0.05).Conclusion MSCT has high accuracy and sensitivity in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis,which can provide an objective basis for clinical treatment of acute appendicitis,and is beneficial to the prognosis of the disease.
