中医药在特发性肺纤维化领域取得科研突破的理论思考

Theoretical Thinking on Scientific Research Breakthrough of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Field of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

特发性肺纤维化(Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,IPF)目前尚无确切有效的治疗药物上市,中医药在该病的治疗方面具有优势。中医药在IPF领域内取得科研突破离不开国家的大力扶持,这是中医药事业发展的根基。此外,取得科研突破还需要中医药工作者立足经典,结合临床,兼收并蓄、海纳百川,大胆拥抱现代科技,也离不开中医药工作者自身辛勤的努力和中医药跨文化传播的助推作用,并最终将最新科研成果转化为临床策略,服务于人民健康。

At present,there is no definite and effective therapeutic drug for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF),and traditional Chinese medicine has advantages in the treatment of this disease.The scientific research breakthrough of traditional Chinese medicine in the field of IPF is inseparable from the strong support of the state,which is the foundation of the development of traditional Chinese medicine.In addition,to make a breakthrough in scientific research,traditional Chinese medicine workers need to be based on classics,combined with clinical practice,inclusive,accept all rivers,boldly embrace modern science and technology,but also inseparable from their own hard work and the boosting effect of cross-cultural communication of traditional Chinese medicine,and finally transform the latest scientific research achievements into clinical strategies to serve people’s health.
