当归拈痛汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

Clinical Observation on Danggui Niantong Decoction in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的分析当归拈痛汤加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法选取辽宁省清原县中医院88例糖尿病周围神经病变患者开展本次研究,时间为2020年2月—2021年2月,随机将其均分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组另加当归拈痛汤加减治疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果与对照组空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)相比,观察组均明显偏低(P<0.05);与对照组腓总神经和正中神经的感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)和运动神经传导速度(MNCV)相比,观察组均明显偏高(P<0.05);与对照组治疗总有效率相比,观察组明显偏高(P<0.05)。结论给予糖尿病周围神经病变患者当归拈痛汤加减治疗能够有效改善患者血糖水平和神经功能,临床疗效显著,具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of Danggui Niantong decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Eighty-eight patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in Qingyuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected for this study.From February 2020 to February 2021,they were randomly divided into a control group of 44 cases and an observation group of 44 cases.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was give Danggui Niantong decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,fasting blood glucose(FPG)index,glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)index and 2 h postmeal blood glucose(2 h PBG)index in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)and motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)of common peroneal nerve and median nerve were significantly higher in observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Danggui Niantong decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can effectively improve the blood glucose level and nerve function of the patients.The clinical effect is significant and it has promotion value.
