中药贴敷联合桃红四物汤治疗骨折早期肢体肿胀临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chinese Medicine Application Combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in the Treatment of Limb Swelling in the Early Stage of Fracture

目的对骨折早期肢体肿胀患者临床中采用中药贴敷与桃红四物汤加减联合用药治疗后的效果进行观察分析。方法选择2018年12月—2020年12月中国医科大学附属第一医院收治的100例骨折早期肢体肿胀患者的病例资料,按照掷骰子的方法将所有患者随机分为常规组和试验组,分别给予常规西药治疗(50例)和中药贴敷与桃红四物汤加减联合用药治疗(50例),以对比的方式分析2种治疗方案对骨折早期肢体肿胀患者临床效果的影响。结果治疗前2组的血液流变指标及疼痛程度相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组高切全血黏度、血浆黏度及VAS评分改善程度均优于治疗前,且试验组优于常规组;常规组的治疗总有效率为80.00%(40/50),低于试验组的96.00%(48/50),2组数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药贴敷与桃红四物汤加减联合用药的治疗对骨折早期肢体肿胀患者的血液流变指标及疼痛程度均具有明显的改善作用,临床应用效果显著。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Chinese medicine application combined with Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment of limb swelling in the early stage of fracture.Methods The case data of 100 patients with early fracture limb swelling were selected in the First Hospital of China Medical University from December 2018 to December 2020.All patients were randomly divided into conventional group and experimental group according to the method of rolling dice,and they were given conventional western medicine treatment(n=50)and Chinese medicine application combined with Taohong Siwu decoction(n=50).The effect of two treatment schemes on the clinical effect of the patients with limb swelling at the early stage of fracture was analyzed in a comparative way.Results There was no significant difference in hemorheology indexes and pain degree between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of high cut whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and VAS score in the 2 groups were better than before treatment,and the experimental group was better than the conventional group.The total effective rate of the conventional group was 80.00%(40/50),which was lower than that of the experimental group(96.00%(48/50),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Chinese medicine application combined with Taohong Siwu decoction can significantly improve the blood rheology and pain degree of patients with limb swelling in the early stage of fracture,and the clinical application effect is significant.
