肌筋膜触发点温针灸治疗女性慢性盆腔疼痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Warming Needle Moxibustion at Myofascial Trigger Point in Treating Female Chronic Pelvic Pain

目的探讨肌筋膜触发点温针灸治疗女性慢性盆腔疼痛(CPP)的效果。方法选取2018年4月—2021年3月于徐州市妇幼保健院就诊的74例女性慢性盆腔疼痛患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组37例。对照组患者予以西医治疗,研究组患者在西医治疗基础上予以肌筋膜触发点温针灸治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分及女性性功能指数(FSFI)。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率94.59%(35/37)高于对照组的75.68%(28/37)(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者的各项中医证候积分低于对照组,FSFI指数各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肌筋膜触发点温针灸可有效减轻女性慢性盆腔疼痛患者的中医证候,改善患者的性生活质量,治疗效果确切,具有推广、应用意义。

Objective To explore the effect of warming needle moxibustion at myofascial trigger point on female chronic pelvic pain.Methods 74 female patients with chronic pelvic pain(CPPS)in Xuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2018 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into study group(n=37)and control group(n=37).The control group was treated with western medicine,while the study group was treated with warm acupuncture at myofascial trigger point on the basis of western medicine.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and female sexual function index(FSFI)of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the FSFI index scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming needle moxibustion at myofascial trigger point can effectively reduce the TCM Syndromes of female patients with chronic pelvic pain,improve the quality of sexual life of patients,and has definite therapeutic effect,which has the significance of popularization and application.
