抗生素联合麻杏石甘汤治疗支气管肺炎临床观察 被引量:2

Clinical Observation on Antibiotic Combined with Maxing Shigan Decoction in the Treatment of Bronchial Pneumonia

摘要 目的探讨抗生素联合麻杏石甘汤治疗支气管肺炎患儿的效果及对炎性因子、肺功能的影响。方法选取91例支气管肺炎患儿作为观察对象,按照随机分组法分为观察组(46例)实施抗生素联合麻杏石甘汤治疗、对照组(45例)采用抗生素治疗,对比2组患儿治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为95.7%(44/46),明显高于对照组的80.0%(36/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发热、咳嗽、气促、肺啰音消失时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组白细胞计数(WBC)、血清髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、诱导型一氧化酶合酶(iNOS)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、呼吸频率(RR)明显低于对照组,每千克体质量潮气量(VT/kg)、达峰容积比(VPTEF/VE)、达峰时间比(TPTEF/TE)明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为4.3%(2/46),明显低于对照组的20.0%(9/45)(P<0.05)。结论抗生素联合麻杏石甘汤治疗支气管肺炎患儿的效果显著及安全性高,能够有效改善患儿的症状及肺功能,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of antibiotics combined with Maxing Shigan decoction in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia and its influence on inflammatory factors and lung function.Methods 91 children with mycoplasma pneumonia(MMP)were taken as observation objects,and were randomly divided into observation group(n=46)treated with antibiotics combined with Maxing Shigan decoction and control group(n=45)treated with antibiotics.The difference in treatment effect between the two groups of children was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.7%(44/46),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.0%(36/45),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough,shortness of breath and pulmonary rales in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell count(WBC),serum myeloperoxidase(MPO),inducible type one oxidase synthase(iNOS),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),respiratory rate(RR)in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,tidal volume per kg body mass(VT/kg),peak volume ratio(VPTEF/VE),peak time ratio(TP)TEF/TE)was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.3%(2/46),significantly lower than that in the control group(20.0%,9/45)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of antibiotics and Maxing Shigan decoction in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia is effective and safe.It can effectively improve the symptoms and pulmonary function of children,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
