中药保留灌肠及相关护理在盆腔炎患者中的效果观察

Observation on the effect of Chinese Medicine Retention Enema and Related Nursing Intervention in Patients with Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探究中药保留灌肠及相关护理干预在盆腔炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年10月—2021年12月收治的66例盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组33例。2组均给予常规西药治疗,观察组在其治疗基础上实施中药保留灌肠及相关护理干预(33例),对照组则不应用中药保留灌肠方案(33例),对比2组患者的中医症状积分、临床疗效、血清炎性因子以及不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗后的中医症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率为96.97%(32/33),明显高于对照组的治疗总有效率75.76%(25/33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在治疗后的超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药保留灌肠及相关护理干预在盆腔炎患者的临床治疗中具有显著的应用价值,可促进其整体疗效的提升,同时减少患者的不良反应,值得应用推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of Chinese medicine retention enema and related nursing intervention in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 50 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease from October 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group of 33 cases implemented Chinese medicine retention enema and related nursing intervention on the basis of their treatment,and the control group of 33 cases did not use the Chinese medicine retention enema scheme.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.97%(32/33),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.76%,25/33),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine retention enema and related nursing intervention have significant application value in the clinical treatment of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease,which can promote the overall curative effect and reduce the adverse reactions of patients,which is worthy of application and promotion.
