中医护理在脑卒中功能缺损症状康复中的运用

The Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in the Rehabilitation of Stroke Functional Impairment Symptoms

目的探讨中医康复护理改善脑卒中肢体功能障碍患者上下肢肌力水平、生活质量和神经功能缺损症状的运用价值。方法选取2020年2月—2021年2月中国医科大学附属盛京医院收治的100例脑卒中肢体功能障碍患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为每组50例的对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规的基础护理,观察组在常规的基础护理上采用中医康复护理。结果对2组患者神经功能障碍以及护理前后日常生活能力进行评分,通过对比,2组患者状况均得到改善,观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医康复护理对改善脑卒中患者肢体功能障碍有一定价值,能够有效地促进神经功能改善,提高上下肢肌力水平,在临床中具有重要的价值,值得研究。

Objective To explore the application value of rehabilitation nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in improving the muscle strength,quality of life and neurological deficit symptoms of stroke patients with limb dysfunction.Methods A total of 100 stroke and limb dysfunction patients admitted to Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from 2020 to 2021 were selected,and the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group by using a random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group used conventional western medicine nursing,and the observation group used conventional western medicine nursing and traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing.Results Neurological dysfunction and daily living ability before and after nursing were scored in the 2 groups.By comparison,the condition of the 2 groups of patients was improved,and the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing can improve the application value of stroke patients with limb dysfunction,which can effectively promote the improvement of nerve function and upper and lower limb muscle strength,and at the same time,the quality of life is well improved.It has important clinical value in clinical practice.Strengthen research.
