高等中医药院校研究生四个精准和六位一体创新创业育人模式的探索--以河南中医药大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 当前,随着国家“大众创业、万众创新”战略的推广普及,高等学校的创新创业教育普遍取得了一定的发展和进步,大学生群体已逐渐成为“双创”成果的主力军。然而中医药类研究生教育由于其专业化程度较高以及专业较为单一,缺乏各个学科之间的交叉等,使得中医药院校研究生创新创业热情整体不高且创新创业成果更加不足,因此中医药高校开展创新创业教育仍待进一步加强和探索。此文以河南中医药大学研究生为例,针对河南中医药大校研究生创新创业教育现状和既有经验进行调研分析,并经过实践、探索提出高等中医药院校研究生“双创”教育以分年级、分类别、分学科、分专业方向的“四个精准”和营造“双创”环境、加大“双创”培训、开展系列资助、分级分类管理、强化导师引领、突出“仲景”参赛的“六位一体”育人模式,以期全方位提升研究生创新创业能力和素质,进一步为高等中医药研究生“双创”教育提供理论和实践参考。 At present,with the popularization of the national strategy of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has generally achieved certain development and progress,and college students have gradually become the main force of“double innovation”results.However,due to its strong degree of specialization and single majors,and lack of cross-discipline,the overall enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship of graduate students in Chinese medicine colleges is not high,and the achievements of innovation and entrepreneurship are even more insufficient.Innovation and entrepreneurship education still needs to be further strengthened and explored.This article takes the graduate students of Henan University of Chinese Medicine as an example,investigates and analyzes the current situation and existing experience of graduate education in innovation and entrepreneurship education in this school,and puts forward the practice and exploration of the“double innovation”education of graduate students in higher institutions of Chinese medicine in terms of grade,category,and classification.“Four precisions”in disciplines and sub-specialties create a“double innovation”environment,increase“double innovation”training,carry out a series of funding,hierarchical and classified management,strengthen tutor guidance,and highlight the“six in one”of“Zhongjing”competition.The“education model”aims to comprehensively improve the innovation and entrepreneurial ability and quality of graduate students,and further provide theoretical and practical references for the“double innovation”education of higher Chinese medicine graduate students.
