公费医学生教育背景下山东省东中西部区域基层医疗调查分析及中医对策研究--基于青岛、潍坊、临沂3地的调查

Investigation and Analysis of Primary Medical Care in East-central-west Regions of Shandong Province under the Education Background of Medical Students at Public Expense and the Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine Countermeasures--Based on the Survey of Qingdao,Weifang and Linyi

目的了解居民对基层医疗满意度状况,分析居民对基层医疗诉求,并针对性地提出中医对策,以期为公费医学生教育提供导向,为基层医疗的发展提供政策支撑。方法对山东省东中西部3个代表城市青岛、潍坊、临沂的331名社区居民进行问卷调查。结果山东省居民对基层医疗接受程度较高,但东西部存在一定差异,西部地区居民比东部地区更认可基层卫生服务,东部地区更愿意到高等级医院就诊;3个地区的居民对基层医疗服务的提升要求均主要集中在医务人员技术水平方面,基层的医疗服务水平距离居民要求还有一定差距,医疗水平有待于进一步提高;山东省社区居民对中医药服务有很大需求,但中医药基层医疗服务能力尚未得到社区居民的认可,基层中医药水平亟待提升。结论公费医学生培养需要进一步加强,各公费医学生培养单位要根据基层医疗的实际情况和居民的需要进一步调整人才培养方案,主管部门需要及时调整招生政策,加大公费中医学生的招生力度。

Objective To understand the residents’satisfaction with the primary medical care,analyze the residents’demands for the primary medical care,and put forward the countermeasures of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide guidance for the education of medical students at public expense,and provide policy support for the development of the primary medical care.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 331 community residents in Qingdao,Weifang and Linyi,three representative cities in the east-central-west regions of Shandong Province.Results The residents in Shandong province accepted the primary health care more,but there were some differences between the east and the west.The residents in the western region recognized the primary health care more than the residents in the eastern region,and the residents in the eastern region were more willing to go to the high-level hospitals.The residents’requirements for the improvement of primary medical services in the three regions are mainly focused on the technical level of medical personnel.There is still a certain gap between the level of primary medical services and the residents’requirements,and the medical level needs to be further improved.Community residents in Shandong province have a great demand for traditional Chinese medicine services,but traditional Chinese medicine grassroots medical service capacity has not been recognized by community residents,and the level of grassroots traditional Chinese medicine needs to be improved urgently.Conclusion The cultivation of medical students at public expense needs to be further strengthened.The training units of medical students at public expense should further adjust their talent cultivation plans according to the actual situation of primary medical care and the needs of residents.The competent departments at all levels should timely adjust their enrollment policies and increase the enrollment of medical students at public expense.
