摘要
数字化发展是我国积极适应信息技术变革,推进治理体系和治理能力现代化的重大战略。数字化发展的关键在于技术赋能,更在于领导者拥有与数字时代相匹配的领导力。数字领导力是领导者适应数字化环境的素质要求与能力组合,包括数字认知应用能力、数字战略引领能力、数字变革推动能力、数字协调沟通能力、数字变革评估能力、数字文化建设能力六大维度特征,并在组织变革的不同阶段发挥着主导数字化战略、推动数字化变革以及决定组织未来的重要作用。数字领导力的建设是一个全方位的组织再造和流程再造工程,需要遵循数字领导力的成长规律,从思维架构、数字能力、领导方式、领导生态等多层面、多领域系统有效地推进数字领导力的建设进程。
Digital development is a major strategy for my country to actively adapt to information technology changes and promote the modernization of governance systems and governance capabilities.The key to digital development lies in digital and intelligent technology,and more importantly,leaders have leadership that matches the era of the digital economy.E-leadership is a combination of quality requirements and capabilities for leaders to adapt to the digital environment,including six dimensions:digital cognitive application capabilities,digital strategy leadership capabilities,digital transformation promotion capabilities,digital coordination and communication capabilities,digital transformation assessment capabilities,and digital culture construction capabilities.It plays an important role in leading digital strategy,driving digital transformation and determining the future of the organization at different stages of organizational change.The construction of e-leadership is a systematic and all-round project of organizational reengineering and process reengineering.It needs to follow the growth law of e-leadership,and it is effective in multi-level and multi-domain systems from the perspective of thinking structure,digital capabilities,leadership methods,and leadership ecology to advance the process of building e-leadership.
