实施乡村振兴战略,推进农业农村现代化,是全面建设社会主义现代化国家、实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要内容和底线任务,是中国式现代化的重要组成部分。以党的二十大报告关于中国式现代化理论和习近平总书记关于“三农”工作的重要论述为指引,阐述中国式现代化与乡村振兴道路的理论逻辑,进而全面阐述以农业高质高效发展推进农业现代化、以乡村宜居宜业建设为中心推进农村现代化、以农民富裕富足为目标推进农民现代化的中国式现代化的乡村振兴道路。

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the promotion of agricultural and rural modernization are important contents and bottom-line tasks of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, as well as an important part of Chinese path to modernization. Guided by the 20th Party Congress report on Chinese modernization theory and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important remarks on the work of the "three rural areas", the theoretical logic of Chinese modernization and the road to rural revitalization is elaborated, and the road to rural revitalization is comprehensively elaborated to promote agricultural modernization with high quality and high efficiency development of agriculture, rural modernization with the construction of livable and workable countryside as the center, and the modernization of farmers with the goal of affluent and rich farmers.
