摘要
本文总结了世界发达湾区科技创新发展经验,分析了粤港澳大湾区科技创新资源的比较优势和不足。在分析粤港澳大湾区科技创新体系要素的基础上,基于一般系统模块论构建出粤港澳大湾区科技创新体系模型,系统分析了各模块的功能定位和协同关系。结合粤港澳大湾区的实际,对其科技创新体系协同运行机制进行了深入探讨。
It summarized the experience of technological innovation and development in the world’s developed Bay Area,and analyzed the comparative advantages and disadvantages of technological innovation resources in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.On the basis of analyzing the elements of the S&T innovation system in the Greater Bay Area,it constructed a technological innovation system model based on the general system module theory,and systematacially analyzed the functional orientation and collaborative relationship of each module.Combined with the actual situation of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,it discussed collaborative operation mechanism of its science and technology innovation system.
