大学与区域创新体系建设的协同路径探析 被引量:6

摘要 大学作为人类知识创新和传播的主要载体,为经济社会发展和文明进步提供了催化剂和动力源。我国明确推动若干区域率先建设国际科技创新中心,为新时期一流大学建设赋予了重要使命和机遇。本文梳理了国内外大学与区域创新互动的理论发展和案例,总结了相关模式和经验,关注了大学与区域创新体系如何实现系统性协同的具体路径。通过剖析上海交通大学服务上海建设具有全球影响力的科技创新中心城市的实践案例,从战略路径匹配、组织机构重构、基础原创策源、产学研开放融合、创新创业生态等方面,阐述了大学在对接提升全球科技创新中心城市过程中协同路径的选择与思考、设计与实施、特色与成效。研究结论可以为我国新时期区域创新和一流大学建设融合发展提供参考,并对政府和大学提出了相关政策性建议。 As the main carrier of human knowledge innovation and dissemination,universities have provided catalysts and power sources for economic and social development and civilization progress.China has clearly promoted several regions to take the lead in building international science and technology innovation centers,providing important mission opportunities for the construction of first-class universities in the new era.It combed the theoretical development and cases of the interaction between universities and regional innovation,summarized relevant modes and experiences,and focused on the specific path of how universities and regional innovation systems achieve systematic collaboration.Through analyzing the practice case of Shanghai Jiao Tong University serving Shanghai as a scientific and technological innovation center city with global influence,it expounded in detail the thinking and selection,design and implementation,characteristics and effectiveness of the collaborative path of the university in the process of docking and upgrading the global scientific and technological innovation center city from the aspects of strategic matching,organizational restructuring,basic research and original innovation,open innovation,innovation and entrepreneurship,etc.The conclusions provide reference for the integrated development of regional innovation and first-class university construction in the new period of China,and put forward relevant policy suggestions to the government and universities.
