摘要
旋转机组日益趋向于自动化、大型化、高速化,其组成与结构变得越来越复杂。然而,通常在负载大、转速高等复杂工况下,以及长时间运行的过程中极易造成齿轮箱关键零部件的损坏。在复杂工况下及时发现故障、预测故障的发展趋势是旋转机组故障诊断的关键。针对旋转机组齿轮箱在复杂工况下面临的诊断难题,提出一种多传感器与D-S证据理论相结合的故障诊断方法。实例表明该方法可以有效解决齿轮箱存在的故障问题,确保旋转机组安全、可靠、正常地运行,减少安全事故的发生。
Rotating units increasingly tends to automation, large-scale and high-speed development, and its composition and structure become more and more complex.However, the key parts of the gearbox is easy to damage under complex working conditions such as heavy load and high speed, and long-term operation. Discovering faults and predicting the development trend of faults in time under complex working conditions are the keys to fault diagnosis of rotating units. Aiming at the diagnosis problems faced by gearboxes of rotating units under complex working conditions, a fault diagnosis method was proposed combined with multi-sensor and D-S evidence theory. The example shows that the method can be used to effectively solve the fault problem of the gearbox, to ensure the safe, reliable and normal operation of the rotating unit, and to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.
