论述了氯酸盐的产生原因及对系统的危害,对2套氯酸盐分解工艺进行比较,分析B装置氯酸盐含量高的原因,进行技术改造和工艺控制措施研究,通过各项措施将系统中氯酸盐含量控制在指标之内。
Discuss the causes of chlorate and the harm to the system,compare the two sets of chlorate decomposition processes currently in operation,analyze the reasons for the high chlorate content in unit B,carry out technical transformation and study process control measures,and control the chlorate content in the system within the index through various measures.
