The main role of power grid dispatching is to effectively organize, coordinate and command the operation of power grid. It ensures the safety, economy and efficiency of the power grid in the process of operation and maximise the use of electric energy to create value for the national economy of society. This paper discusses the danger points in power grid dispatching work and its management measures. The dispatching management is further strengthened.
