文章通过明确公路工程电子档案在验收环节中的重要地位,阐述采用电子化方式进行归档的必要性,针对公路工程电子档案在验收环节产生的电子档案和业务不同步、权责主体意识不到位、电子文件材料收集不齐全、真实性不明确、档案人员理念跟不上发展的步伐等问题提出有效控制策略,其中包括大力推进完善验收环节体系规范化、保障电子档案信息安全机制、提高档案部门的工程建设参与度、加强从业人员的电子档案专业素养等措施,旨在促进公路工程电子档案的验收更加完善。

By clarifying the important position of highway engineering electronic archives in the acceptance stage, this paper illustrates the necessity of archiving with electronic methods. It puts forward effective control strategies for problems in the acceptance stage of electronic archives in highway engineering project, such as the dyssynchrony of electronic archives with the business, the inadequate subject consciousness of right and responsibility, the incomplete collection of electronic document materials, the ambiguous authenticity of archives, the backward concept of archivists and so on. The strategies include promoting the system standardization of the acceptance link, ensuring the security mechanism of archives information, increasing the participation of archives departments in engineering construction and strengthening the professional capacity of professionals in electronic archives. It aims to promote the acceptance of electronic archives in highway engineering.
