“十四五”时期,国家进一步明晰了党和国家事业发展的方向,同时也对各项事业提出了更高要求。站在新的时代背景下,档案管理部门要从国家发展的大背景出发,加快推进档案信息化建设,明确档案信息化发展趋向,主动地引进现代信息技术,解决当前档案信息化发展过程中存在的各种问题,进一步提升我国档案信息化发展水平,推动档案事业可持续发展,更好地满足“十四五”期间各项事业发展对于档案信息资源的多元化需求。

During the "14th Five-year Plan" period, China further clarified the direction of the development of the Party and the state,and at the same time put forward higher requirements for various undertakings. Under the background of the new era, the archives management departments should proceed from the background of national development, accelerate the construction of archives informatization, clarify the development trend of archives informatization, actively introduce modern information technology, solve the various problems in the current development process of archives informatization, further improve the development level of archives informatization in China, promote the sustainable development of archives, and better satisfy the diversified demands of the development of various undertakings during the "14th Five-year Plan" period for archives information resources.
