社会记忆视角下突发事件档案资源建设策略研究

Research on the Construction Strategy of Emergency Archival Resources from the Perspective of Social Memory

突发事件具有紧迫性、不确定性、复杂性等特征,其所形成的档案具有重要的保存、查考等价值,对构建特殊时期的社会记忆具有重要的意义。文章阐述了突发事件档案的重要价值,对现阶段我国突发事件档案资源建设工作现状进行了介绍,分析了其中存在的问题,并提出相应对策,以期为我国构建突发事件下的特色社会记忆提供参考。

Emergencies are characterized by urgency, uncertainty and complexity, and the archives formed by them have important value for preservation and investigation, which is of great significance to the construction of social memory in a special period.This paper expounds the important value of emergency archives, introduces the current situation of the construction of emergency archives resources in China, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, in order to provide reference for the construction of characteristic social memory in the period of emergency.
