高校智慧档案内容服务器系统建设研究

Research on the Construction of Intelligent Archives Content Server System in Colleges and Universities

档案信息化建设大趋势下,高校智慧档案管理的实现迫切需要建立一个能够实现长期稳定访问的内容服务系统,应具备高度的可扩展性、多元数据结构的存储功能以及容纳多元档案信息载体的能力。基于此,本文简单介绍了高校智慧档案的多种业务需求及其对内容服务系统建设的挑战,提出了高校智慧档案内容服务系统的设计思路和设计模型。同时,提出了一种内容服务器系统架构,该架构可以随着数据量的增长而扩展,面对技术变革持续保持进化,并为访问高校智慧档案内容服务系统的不同类型的用户提供不同级别的服务。列举了高校智慧档案内容服务系统建设的重点任务:高交互性、高性能、安全性、可靠性和可用性,以为高校智慧档案内容服务系统的完善提供进一步参考。

Under the general trend of archives informatization construction, the realization of intelligent archives management in colleges and universities urgently needs to establish a content service system with long-term and stable access, which should have high expandability, storage function of multi-element data structure and capacity of holding multi-element archives information carrier. Based on this, this paper briefly introduces the various business requirements of university intelligent archives and the challenges to the construction of content service system, and puts forward the design idea and design model of university intelligent archives content service system. At the same time, a content server system framework is proposed, which can be extended with the growth of data volume and keep evolving in face of technological change, and provide different levels of service for different types of users who visit the content service system of intelligent archives in universities. This paper lists the key tasks of the construction of intelligent archives content service system in colleges and universities: high interactivity, high performance, security, reliability and availability, so as to provide further reference for the perfection of the intelligent archives content service system in colleges and universities.
