Research on the Generation Mechanism and Training Mode of Graduate Students’Academic Innovation Ability

在明确研究生学术创新能力的概念内涵的基础上,确立了研究生学术创新能力的构成体系,厘清研究生学术创新能力的生成机制。以培养和提高学术创新能力构成体系的每一维核心能力为目标,构建了“德育教育→知识教育→实践教育”层级递进的教育教学体系和“师资队伍—教育环境—培养机制”协同作用的教育教学支持体系,形成了集理论指导、实践依托及机制保障于一体的研究生学术创新能力培养模式。

On the basis of clarifying the concept,connotation and characteristics of postgraduate academic innovation ability,we have established the composition system of postgraduate academic innovation ability and clarified the generation mechanism of postgraduate academic innovation ability.With the goal of cultivating and improving the core competence of each dimension of the academic innovation capability composition system,we have constructed a hierarchical education and teaching system of“moral education→knowledge education→practical education”and an education and teaching support system of“teaching staff education environment training mechanism”,forming a postgraduate academic innovation capability training mode integrating theoretical guidance,practical support and mechanism guarantee.
