强骨饮对肝肾阴虚型绝经后骨质疏松症全血微量元素的影响

Effect of Qiangguyin on trace elements in whole blood of postmenopausal osteoporosis with Yin deficiency of liver and kidney

摘要 目的 探讨强骨饮对肝肾阴虚型绝经后骨质疏松患者血微量元素的影响。方法 选取肝肾阴虚型绝经后骨质疏松症患者60名,随机数字法分为试验组及对照组各30人,对照组予常规疗法(骨化三醇+钙尔奇),试验组予强骨饮加常规治疗,治疗6月。分别测量治疗前及治疗后骨密度(BMD)、总Ⅰ型胶原氨基端延长肽(P1np)、β-胶原特殊蛋白(β-ctX)、全血铜、锌、钙、镁、铁的含量。比较治疗前后及两组间的差异性。结果 治疗后试验组BMD及血微量元素铜、锌、钙、镁显著高于治疗前,且显著高于对照组;治疗后全血铁及β-ctX显著低于治疗前,且显著低于对照组。结论 强骨饮能提升骨密度,改善骨代谢水平,这可能与强骨饮能提升全血铜、锌、钙、镁,降低全血铁有关。 Objective Investigate the effect of Qiangguyin on blood trace elements in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency. Methods 60 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis with deficiency of liver and kidney Yin were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy(calcitriol + calcium Erqi), and the experimental group was treated with Qiangguyin plus conventional therapy for 6 months. Bone mineral density(BMD), total type Ⅰ collagen N-terminal elongation peptide(p1 np) and β-Collagen specific protein(β-CTX), the contents of copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium and iron in whole blood. The differences before and after treatment and between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, BMD and blood trace elements copper, zinc, calcium and magnesium in the experimental group were significantly higher than those before treatment, and significantly higher than those in the control group;Whole blood iron and β-CTX was significantly lower than that before treatment and significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Qiangguyin can increase bone mineral density and improve bone metabolism, which may be related to Qiangguyin can increase whole blood copper, zinc, calcium and magnesium and reduce whole blood iron.
